Pakistan Clients Visit ZW Group for New Fleet Expansion
This month, ZW Group welcomed a long-term client team from Pakistan. Their visit aimed to select new flatbed semi trailers and HOWO trucks for logistics operations in Saudi Arabia. The team plans to expand their routes across the Gulf region, so they need stronger vehicle performance and reliable cross-border support.
Real-World Performance Testing
The visit began at our vehicle test zone, where clients evaluated several trailer configurations. They checked turning response, braking distance, and heavy-load stability. Since their routes cover mountains, plains, and desert highways, they focused on multi-terrain compatibility. They also reviewed climbing ability, long-distance speed stability, and high-temperature durability. The team recorded key data and discussed suitable configurations with our engineers.

From Technical Drawings to Custom-Built Solutions
During the technical meeting, both sides analyzed transport needs based on each cargo type. For example, machinery transport requires high-strength decks and dense tie-down points. Container transport needs better lock placement. Building materials need optimized suspension travel and improved tire wear.
Therefore, we offered three chassis options: lightweight, enhanced load-bearing, and high-temperature endurance. After a full comparison, the client chose the “Enhanced Load Version + High-Temperature Kit” to handle more than 1,200 km of hot-weather routes in Saudi Arabia.
Powertrain Calibration for Desert Operations
The clients also focused on torque stability under extreme heat. To address this, we showed several upgraded systems. The cooling module received a capacity boost. Gear ratios were optimized for long climbs. The air filtration module gained extra sand-proof protection. Moreover, we presented real desert test results from Middle East projects. The proven reliability earned high recognition from the client team.

A New Stage of Cooperation
At the final meeting, the client shared a three-year fleet expansion plan. They hope to build a full Gulf-region transport network with ZW Group as the core partner. Our Riyadh office will support them with faster service, regional parts supply, and long-term operational guidance.
This visit strengthened the selection process for the new vehicles and laid the foundation for deeper cooperation. As Gulf logistics continue to grow, ZW Group will keep improving technology and localized support to help global partners build efficient international transport systems.
