Nigeria Client’s Visit to Our Heavy-Duty Truck Plant
Focused Vehicle Selection for Nigeria Projects
A contractor team from Nigeria visited our heavy-duty truck plant this week. They are preparing several infrastructure projects. They also need trucks that offer high efficiency and strong reliability. During the visit, we guided them through key production areas. The visit helped them understand each model more clearly.
Inspection of Truck Cranes and Construction Vehicles
First, the team entered the truck-mounted crane section. Our technical staff explained the HOWO 371 HP truck crane. The team reviewed the chassis layout, crane placement, and pump output. They noted that many local roads have rough stone surfaces. So, they need strong chassis flexibility and better vibration control.
In addition, we recommended a short-wheelbase version. This option improves maneuverability in narrow job sites. As a result, the vehicle fits Nigeria’s project conditions better.

High Attention to Multiple Dump Truck Models
Next, the team moved to the dump truck zone. They showed strong interest in three models:
- HOWO NX 380 HP dump truck
- HOWO 371 HP dump truck with front protection
- HOWO TX 336 HP dump truck
Our team also showed a slope-unloading test video. We shared data comparing steel plate durability. The client paid special attention to the cargo box strength. They carry heavy stones and minerals every day.
Therefore, we proposed reinforced floors and stronger side beams. This solution increases the cargo box service life. Moreover, it reduces long-term maintenance costs.

Concrete Mixer Truck Evaluation
The team then inspected the HOWO 14 CBM concrete mixer truck. They reviewed rotation stability, weight distribution, and PTO specs. They asked many operational questions.
We explained our cooling upgrade solution for tropical regions. This system stabilizes engine temperature during long mixing cycles. So, the mixer truck stays reliable in hot climates.

Professional Technical Support Throughout the Visit
During the full inspection, the client praised our technical transparency. They reviewed drawings, production steps, welding demos, and testing platforms. As a result, they gained strong confidence in our product quality and lifecycle reliability.
Initial Order Confirmation and Project Planning
After several rounds of discussion, the team confirmed a preliminary purchase list. They asked for delivery-time planning and batch supply solutions.
We will prepare customized configurations based on Nigeria’s project conditions. This ensures each truck creates maximum value in real operations.
Strengthened Cooperation for Future Projects
This visit accelerated cooperation between both sides. Moving forward, we will maintain close communication. We also expect to support larger-scale project fleets in Nigeria soon.
